Supported Accommodation Packages
In their time working in the disability support industry and before the days of the NDIS, mother and daughter team, Alana and Yasmin, noticed a gap in the market for high-quality supports that focused on the individual and their goals and aspirations. Taking matters into their own hands, they disrupted the industry by offering participant-led and purpose-driven supports. Supports that measured success based on participant outcomes, not the size of the organisation’s pockets.

Whilst community supports in Ipswich and surrounds remains our bread and butter, we are excited to announce our introduction of supported accommodation services. After seeing the difficulties many young people with disabilities face when trying to move out of home and find affordable accommodation, Alana and Yasmin purchased properties in Bellbird Park, Ipswich.
We are proud to offer Supported Accommodation at our Ipswich properties, providing a safe and welcoming home for those needing it. We aren’t the biggest fish in the pond, and nor did we set out to be. As a boutique provider, we take pride in our ability to establish personal connections with each of our participants and provide tailored support that meets their individual needs and preferences.

Our homes in Bellbird Park, Ipswich provide comfortable and convenient living for our residents. The property is fully furnished, with all utilities included, and provides a homely and relaxed atmosphere. Our affordable accommodation is perfect for those looking for independence and support, with the added convenience of being situated close to shops and public transport.

We don’t just talk the talk when we say that we provide affordable housing, either.
Rental payments for our residents are $300 per week per person and includes:

We focus on the unique needs and preferences of each participant, tailoring our accommodation and support services to suit them. We also understand the importance of building strong relationships with our participants and their families, meeting with them multiple times prior to their move-in date to ensure that our services align with their goals and aspirations.
To make the transition as seamless as possible, we also offer participants the opportunity to trial our accommodation and living arrangements through a weekday or weekend stay, providing them with a realistic experience of what it's like to live in Supported Accommodation and to interact with other participants. By doing so, we can ensure that our services are the right fit for each participant, and that they are able to thrive in their new home.
